with frequent

or sinus pause longer than 3 seconds
 
Long QT interval
 
Short PR interval with delta wave
 
High degree atrioventricular (AV) block
 
Brugada syndrome
 
Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia
(negative T waves in C1-C3, epsilon waves)
