Diagnostic criteria

  ECG features of both right and left atrial abnormality are observed.







ECG 1. Biatrial abnormality in a patient with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy:
The terminal half of P wave in C1 is negative while
the first half of P wave in II is tall and peaked .
