Diagnostic criteria

  P, QRS and T waves are negative in lead I and positive in lead aVR.

  Reversal of the arm leads
does not affect R wave progression in chest leads.

      This feature distinguishes arm leads reversal from dextrocardia in which there is no R wave progression.
